When sending your Aquascooter in for service, please remember to drain all gasoline from the fuel tank. Include snorkels, but not your carry case, carry bags with the scooter, we will not be held responsible for any lost or missing accessory items. Pack your Aquascooter securely and we suggest you insure the contents with your carrier. If using foam pellets for packing material, please place your Aquascooter in a plastic bag first before adding packing pellets to the shipping carton. We do not want the pellets in direct contact with your Aquascooter.

We also offer a pick up service from your door. Have your Aquascooter packed and ready to ship, call us and we will issue FED EX call tag. FED EX will come to your door, pick up your Aquascooter and deliver it directly to us. Makes it real easy for you. FED EX charges for this service, but our shipping costs are much less than you would have to pay at an over the counter shipping service.
